01/11/2010 MSI Netbook Unveils Two Touchscreens.
CES has been a huge staging platform for a number of different firms looking to show off their latest and greatest, and MSI is no exception. They recently demonstrated two MSI Netbooks that utilize LCD touchscreeens. If that's not enough to tickle your fancy, they can also be turned on their side to serve as an ebook reader! Not a bad piece of hardware eh? MSI will also be showing a dedicated e-book reader of it's own, which will sport a Google Android based operating system.
12/15/2009 MSI Unleashes the newest CULV X-Slim.
MSI continues to be on a tear, releasing a number of new models like the powerful X600 Pro and now the latest addition...the X-Slim X350. This slim and trim netbook will provide you with 9 hours of battery life. It also weighs in at a light 3.31 pounds but stickk packs an Intel CULV Core 2 Duo Processor. It also has some other intersting additions, like a 1.3 megapixel webcam and gigabit Ethernet, not to mention it's powered by Microsoft's latest OS, Windows 7. There's something to be said for this MSI Wind Model
11/19/2009 MSI Launches the Wind 12 U200 Mini Notebook.
It's a netbook...no a notebook! The line between the two continues to blur as MSI recently announced the U200, which will feature an Intel CULV SU3500 1.4 GHz processor, 2GB of memory, and a 320GB hard disk. It will also sport Window's latest OS, Windows 7. MSI is looking to address a common netbook complaint: The cramped up keyboard. The Wind 12 U200 will “encourage natural finger and wrist movement.” Maybe, but it also might just be a plain old laptop.
